Hm...I feel like their something off about the hat, but it could be just me .
Anyways, this is another raffle prize for from my own raffle! ^^

I have to say, even though Hetalia characters are hard for me to draw, this has to be the best one that I've drawn so far!
I really liked this outfit that Himaruya drew~ He looks so adorable~! ^^
